Sustainably Harvested Biomass
We source our biomass sustainably from U.S. industries and forests. Each batch is carefully cleaned, screened, and dried to ensure a consistent, high-quality feedstock before processing.
Pyrolysis
Through pyrolysis, we heat biomass at high temperatures in a low-oxygen environment. This concentrates the carbon, transforms the material into valuable biocarbon, and even generates energy to help power the process itself. The result is a versatile material with unique, high-value applications.
Post Processing
Every application has unique requirements. We partner with you to refine and adapt our biocarbon, formulating a product tailored to your process and your goals.
Quality Control
Every specification starts as a conversation. Our state-of-the-art in-house lab lets us work directly with your team to define the exact specs your process needs, then develop a product engineered to meet them. From there, every truckload we ship is verified in that same lab against those same specs, so what you tested is exactly what you get, batch after batch.
